YBP provide a range of Consultancy services including one off projects, Interim FD and long term FD on demand projects.
Many of our established clients initially approached us to sort a problem. Quite often this has been some degree of breakdown in their existing accounting systems. A number of our clients initially just wanted better reports or information from their systems that they appeared unable to get.
Our consultancy services are tailored to each challenge, from providing an experienced bookkeeper to assist a heavy workload, to providing a 30 year qualified FCA to act as Interim FD for a period of time.
We have extensive contacts with a range of other professionals. Their experience and services can be utilised to resolve a range of problems from legal problems to banking and finance restructure. As a result, we have managed to assist clients with resolving issues ranging from reasonably complex legal problems to restructuring banking facilities.
